Google reviews for local shops · Los Angeles
Who’s winning your streetthis month?
New customers pick the shop with the freshest Google reviews. Every month it is a race, and most shops do not know they are in it.
What customers doMany shops leave their Google reviews unanswered. Customers notice: 80% say they are likely to choose a business that answers all of its reviews. BrightLocal, Local Consumer Review Survey 2026
You hand out a card and send one text. We do everything else.
9:04PM, a Tuesday
A stranger picks a shop.
New in the neighborhood, he types “barber near me.” Two shops, same five stars. Two blocks over has a review from three days ago. Yours is from April. Watch it age. He books the other one and never knows you existed.
Nothing about your work changed. Only the date did. Google shows the newest reviews first, and you are busy, so nobody asks. The customers who love you would leave one. That is the whole gap.
Example. Made-up shops and reviews.
That was one Tuesday. Here is the whole month.
One month at your shop
- Week one
The chair is full. The phone is quiet.
Great work all week. On Google, nothing. Two blocks over, the newer shop picks up two reviews.
- Day ten, the turn
Asking becomes a habit.
A small card at the counter. One short text after the visit. Every customer, same ask. No pressure, no tricks.
- Week three
The first ones land.
A few a week, from people who mean it. In their words, not yours. Each one answered within a business day.
- October 1
One report shows you where you stand.
And where you were. Next to the shops nearby, with the date on it, on the first of every month.

Every new review answered within a business day, in your words. On the 1st, a one-page report: your new reviews next to the shops nearby. Card files sent again when you run low. Month to month; founding rate for the first ten shops, locked while you stay.
Optional. Keep going on your own after day 30 if you like. Everything we set up stays yours.
$149a monthAbout five dollars a day.No Google page yet?
The problem. When someone nearby searches “near me” for what you do, Google can only show businesses that have a Google page. Without one, every new neighbor and every person passing through books with someone else, and you never hear about it.
What we do. We create your Google page and walk you through Google’s check, so it goes live with your name, hours, prices, photos and a link for reviews.
How you’ll know it worked. Your shop shows up on Google Maps when people search for you, usually within 2 weeks. If Google will not accept the page, you get your money back.
$249onceNot sure what’s holding your shop back?
The problem. Some days you are fully booked, some days the schedule has gaps, and the place down the street always seems busier. Without numbers, you are guessing.
What we do. We compare your shop with the 10 nearest shops like yours (reviews, replies, photos, hours, how you show up in searches), go through it with you on a 45-minute video call, and send a written plan within 2 business days.
How you’ll know it worked. Your plan lists your top 3 problems and 5 actions in order, each with a number to check. For example: “9 reviews have no reply. Answer them, and your reply rate goes from 25% to 100%.” Do them yourself, or let us.
Start a monthly plan within 30 days and we take $100 off your first month.

A & M · Los AngelesThe people
Two people, on purpose.
Cerise is Silk Creative Labs LLC, dba Cerise Agency, run by the two of us in Los Angeles. There is no account manager between you and the people doing the work. We keep the group small so every shop gets our attention, and we say so when something is not worth your money.
We started with social media for local service businesses and kept seeing the same thing: before anyone books, they read the reviews. So that is where we begin now.

Questions we get
- Shouldn’t I just run ads?
- Every owner asks about ads first. But watch what a customer does after they see your ad. They search your name, look at your stars and the date on your last review, and then they decide. If your last review is from the spring, the ad paid to send them to the shop next door. So we start where the customer decides. Reviews first. Ads after, if you still need them.
- What am I paying for each month?
- Your time. Someone reads every new review and answers it within a business day, in your words. On the first of the month you get a report that shows where you stand next to the shops nearby. If you would rather do that yourself after the first 30 days, you can. Everything we set up stays yours.
- Where do the numbers on my report come from?
- Your Google listing and the listings of the shops near you. Anyone can see them. We put them side by side, with the date on the report.
- Do I have to give you my Google password?
- No. You add us as a helper on your Google listing. You can remove us any time.
- Can you get rid of a bad review?
- Only Google can, and only when it breaks their rules. What we do is answer it well and get fresh reviews coming, so it sits lower in your reviews.
- What if I stop?
- No long contract. You keep everything: the cards, the text, the tidy Google listing, and every monthly report we sent.
